Configuration of high pole lamp:
1. The shape is usually a dodecagonal or octagonal conical lamp pole, which is made of high-strength steel plates cut, bent and automatically welded. Generally, the heights are 25m, 30m and 35, and the maximum wind-resistant design can reach 60 meters per second.
2. In terms of functional frames, decorative materials are also mainly made of steel, and steel pipes, lamp poles and lamp discs are treated with hot-dip galvanization.
3. The electric lifting system consists of an electric motor, a winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, cables, etc. The lamp pole is installed internally, and the lifting speed is 3-5 meters per minute.
4. The guide and unloading system consists of a guide wheel and a guide arm to ensure that the light disc does not move horizontally. During the lifting process. When the light tray is in place, the light disc will automatically fall and be locked by the hook.
5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, 400W, 1000W, gold halogen lamps (white light), spotlights and floodlights. The computer time controller can automatically control the switching time, partially or fully lit.
6. Lightning protection system: The top of the lamp is equipped with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod.
The underground foundation is equipped with a 1-meter-long grounding line and welded with underground bolts.
